Full name, date of birth, contact information, phone number, valid email address, place of residence, corresponding payment information, login (username).     • You objected to the processing of your personal data pending verification of the legal grounds for processing by the Company.
  4. User Responsibilities:

Company Rights:

  1. Termination of Contractual Relations:

Company Responsibilities:

The Parties also have all the rights and responsibilities outlined in the General Data Protection Regulation.

The retention period for personal data obtained by the Company applies for the entire duration of the parties’ relationship, as defined by the Terms of Service posted on the Company’s website, and for five subsequent years from the termination of the parties’ relationship (to address potential disputed matters).

Legal Protection

The Company is obliged to comply with the Law of Cyprus No. 138(l)/2001 “On the Processing of Personal Data” dated 23.11.2001, with amendments; the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679); and the Electronic Communications Privacy Directive (Directive 2002/58/EC), as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC.

Access, Correction, Erasure, and Deletion of Data

If you wish to review any personal information we hold about you, make changes to your personal data, or delete it, or if you want information on how your personal data is used and how we ensure the confidentiality of your personal data, you can submit a corresponding request.
